Entering the registration info into the DEMO product returns the error: Name and KEY does not appear to be valid. What should I do?

If the keys do not activate the DEMO version, please save your scan results by selecting File - Save Scan Results from the menu bar.

A Quick Scan can be saved, a Super Scan can be saved.

After saving the scan results, please use the download link in the email we sent you.

The software package from the download link is pre-registered so by using it, you will not be requested to enter any keys. You would then be able to re-open the saved scan results and continue your recovery.
